About the position

The Managerial Consultant III - Program Automation and Integration Implementation will serve as a key technical and program support resource, partnering with Program Leaders to develop, automate, and manage tools that enhance program delivery and reporting. Coordinate automation efforts using SharePoint, Power Automate, and the Power Platform. Integrate Jira APIs for real-time data insights and collaborate with delivery leads to structure decision-making tools. Support communications and change management strategies by optimizing enterprise tool usage. Create branded presentation materials, training content, and manage collaborative workspaces. Facilitate meetings and streamline workflows to reduce redundancy. Act as a technical backup to the Program Consultant, contributing to implementation and decision-making across the Schedule to Pay program.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a consultant to ensure alignment, buy-in, and coordination of diverse stakeholders to drive the implementation of strategic business initiatives and projects/programs.
  • Contribute to business strategy, organizational alignment, and prioritization of business initiatives.
  • Lead the work of project/program team members by requesting and coordinating internal and/or external resources.
  • Develop and implement business initiatives, systems, and/or processes to a desired future state.
  • Manage moderately complex, cross-functional projects/programs, and proactively monitor and identify client, project, program, and/or business risks.
  • Participate in and may lead change management plans associated with business initiatives.
  • Perform assessments of strategic performance metrics to support business initiatives.
  • Support vendor management as required.
  • Monitor compliance of work activities by ensuring business plans and team members adhere to relevant policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and minimum four (4) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Health Services Administration, or related field and minimum two (2) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field.
  • Minimum seven (7) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field.
