Full-time - Manager

About the position

The Manager is responsible for overseeing the support of assigned offices, programs, and geographic regions of services. This role involves participating in leadership activities, planning, implementing, and leading services while ensuring quality management practices are adhered to. The Manager will work closely with various levels of leadership to provide personnel and fiscal management support within their designated service delivery area.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain an environment of dignity and respect for clients, referral sources, stakeholders, and personnel.
  • Ensure adherence to quality management practices, confidentiality, CARF, contractual, and PFH best practice standards.
  • Supervise and support team members to enhance productivity and service quality.
  • Monitor program operations to meet best practice time frames for service delivery.
  • Analyze client and referral source satisfaction data to ensure high satisfaction ratings.
  • Conduct field observations and review service documentation for quality assurance.
  • Monitor job development contacts and ensure adherence to vocational goals.
  • Complete quality management file reviews for supervised services.
  • Ensure timely and accurate entry of client information into the database.
  • Maintain contact with referral and funding sources to promote positive relationships.
  • Monitor team member performance and conduct annual evaluations.
  • Provide orientation and ongoing training for team members.
  • Oversee the acceptance of referrals and coordinate team member assignments.
  • Manage staffing needs and fill open positions as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  • Complete incident/accident reporting as required.
  • Track and report revenue and expense information for designated service areas.
  • Facilitate the research and solicitation of past due invoices.
  • Participate in networking and marketing activities to increase awareness of services.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in human resources or social services preferred.
  • Two or more years of experience in a leadership role in employment, personnel, or social services preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills and proficient computer knowledge (Word, Excel, internet platforms).
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of supporting individuals with disabilities or barriers to employment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in supervising teams in a service-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of quality management practices in service delivery.
