About the position

The Manager at Massage Envy North Reading is responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences while managing all operational aspects of the franchise. Responsibilities

• Manage all operational aspects including driving memberships and promoting retail sales.
• Guide the team and manage deposits and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.
• Strive for continuous growth by setting goals and analyzing business performance.
• Effectively resolve customer challenges while maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Empower team members by setting clear expectations and providing ongoing training.
• Develop positive relationships with employees, members, and guests.

Requirements

• Must have management and/or sales experience, preferably in a personal service environment such as a spa, salon, or gym.
• Ability to build relationships while motivating and coaching a team.
• Capable of having tough conversations in a professional manner.
• Experience in creating a strong workplace culture where employees feel valued.

Nice-to-haves

• Massage industry experience is a plus.
