About the position

The Manager at Flores Concepts is responsible for overseeing restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a diverse team. This role involves hiring, training, and motivating staff while maintaining high standards of food and beverage service. The manager will also handle guest complaints, ensure equipment is maintained, and meet sales and profitability goals.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred)
  • 2 years or more of restaurant experience (Preferred)
  • Management experience
  • Ability to lead a team

  • Proficient technology/computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
