About the position
The Manager at Flores Concepts is responsible for overseeing restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a diverse team. The manager will also handle guest complaints, ensure equipment is maintained, and meet sales and profitability goals.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred)
- 2 years or more of restaurant experience (Preferred)
- Management experience

- Ability to stand for extended periods
