DaVita’s procurement team also known as PRISM (Procurement, Risk reduction, Innovation, and Supply Management) is on a multi-year journey of transforming our procurement / supply-chain / strategic sourcing process to be the best for our patients and partners and are looking for an innovative Strategic Sourcing Manager with Human Resources procurement and HRT negotiation experience to join our team. In this vital role, reporting the Sr. Manager, Strategic Sourcing – Technology Services, you will provide oversight of key suppliers, provide regular communications to senior leadership and participate in key initiatives and partner with internal customers and suppliers for process improvement. The position requires a deep understanding of HR benefits, services and insurance contracting, along with Human Resources Technology best practices, systems, and policies, and use of data to implement those practices to drive enhanced economic value to the company.
