About the position

The Integrated Supply Site Manager at Vallen is responsible for driving program growth and managing day-to-day activities at a customer's location. This role focuses on ensuring positive and profitable customer relationships while achieving Vallen's financial goals and business objectives. The manager will lead a team of associates, enforce company policies, and ensure sales and profitability targets are met.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to onsite customer team(s) providing Integrated Supply solutions.
• Manages staff duties including interviewing, selecting, hiring, coaching, counseling, and disciplining associates.
• Ensures sales and profitability goals for local integrated supply site(s) are achieved.
• Drives contractual customer commitments at local integrated supply site.
• Demonstrates urgency in customer service to both external and internal customers.
• Manages P&L (Profit & Loss) statement of local integrated supply site ensuring budget goals are met or exceeded.
• Ensures local integrated supply customer pays Vallen according to contractual payment terms.
• Performs other related duties as requested.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Finance) and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of staff management experience with a proven track record as a team leader.
• Strong ability to develop and cultivate customer relationships.
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of manufacturing applications for cost savings.
• Demonstrated knowledge of financial and business acumen; ability to manage by profit and loss expectations.
• Proficiency with MS-Office products (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in supply chain management, wholesale distribution, or industrial distribution.
• Knowledge of indirect materials.
