About the position
The Manager, Service - Advisor at Envestnet is responsible for leading a team that supports financial advisors and users of the Envestnet Advisor Portal. This hybrid role involves developing staff, managing escalations, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients. The position plays a crucial role in enhancing advisor efficiency and platform usage through training and support.
Responsibilities
- Deliver consultation and support to financial advisors through inbound calls and web trainings.
- Partner with team members to ensure high quality customer service when responding to client calls & emails within stated SLAs.
- Train the team to respond to advisor questions and troubleshoot the Envestnet platform.
- Identify operational issues and implement improvements.
- Provide learning and coaching opportunities for team members through monthly meetings and call reviews.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert on platform functionality, answering team member questions regarding best practices and complex issues.
- Serve as an escalation point for sensitive issues and communicate updates to the team.
- Join monthly calls with top firms to discuss service and support.
- Adhere to Envestnet's legal, compliance, risk, and administrative policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of experience in the financial services area in a client-facing role
- Exemplary leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate under tight deadlines and balance multiple priorities
- Ability to quickly grasp complicated situations and determine the best course of action
- Commitment to maintain professional demeanor and courtesy
- Willingness to build relationships and work collaboratively
- Well-developed organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
