We are seeking a Security Manager to support the Senior Manager, Security Operations in delivering our global security program. Known for our innovation and commitment to excellence, our rapidly growing firm requires a proactive and coordinated security function to help safeguard our people, offices, and assets around the world. In this role, you will work under the guidance of the Senior Manager, Security Operations to help implement and maintain consistent security practices across the Firm. You will play a key part in supporting daily operations, contributing to the management of security platforms and vendors, assisting with incident response, and helping office teams embed risk awareness and compliance with global standards. You will also support the development and maintenance of business continuity plans, ensuring offices are prepared for potential disruptions and able to respond effectively. The Security Manager will be instrumental in carrying out the operational aspects of the global security program, including risk assessments, engagement with departmental stakeholders, coordination with office managers, and ensuring policies are followed Firmwide. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills to support effective and responsive security operations.

Requirements

  • Degree in security specialism, or a related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in security or corporate security operations, ideally within a professional services or global corporate environment
  • Proven expertise in supplier negotiations, contract management, and understanding of corporate security policies and compliance
  • Understanding of global risk management frameworks and relevant standards (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 31030)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to support cross-regional initiatives and balance multiple priorities
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage with regional teams, suppliers, and senior management, combined with active listening skills for conflict resolution and problem solving
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and the usage of security-related platforms (e.g. intelligence platforms, reporting dashboards)
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to assess risks, interpret incident data, and contribute to process improvements

Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing and maintaining standardized security policies and procedures across regional offices
  • Support Office Managers with security best practices, and help identify and implement practical remediation measures
  • Support the planning and execution of annual security assessments in coordination with Office Managers
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure consistent service delivery and performance against agreed standards
  • Assist in the operation and management of security systems (e.g., access control, emergency alerting, threat monitoring)
  • Contribute to the upkeep of the Global Risk Register by reporting local security issues or concerns
  • Assist in conducting office-level risk assessments and support Office Managers in applying the global framework
  • Act as a point of escalation in managing global security incidents in line with established protocols
  • Provide operational support during incident response, ensuring timely communication with relevant stakeholders
  • Support the day-to-day use of security intelligence platforms, including reviewing automated alerts and escalating where needed
  • Help maintain local office awareness of emerging risks and coordinate with third-party providers for periodic security reviews
  • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of business continuity plans across regional offices
  • Assist with the coordination and delivery of tabletop exercises and continuity drills, ensuring lessons learned are captured and applied
  • Work with Office Managers to embed resilience practices into daily operations and ensure preparedness for potential disruptions
  • Contribute to regular reviews of business continuity frameworks, ensuring alignment with global standards and regional requirements
