Quadient is seeking a strategic Manager, Sales Analytics to partner with executive leadership and drive data-informed decisions for the NORAM Mail Solutions division. This role leads MAIL Performance Reporting and Analysis, delivering actionable insights to improve sales performance, optimize operations, and support long-term growth.

  • Develop and deliver data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency and sales results.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across regional and divisional reporting.
  • Oversee pipeline and forecasting metrics, including U.S. and Canadian Salesforce data.
  • Prepare monthly bookings forecasts and quarterly performance reviews.
  • Provide strategic insights on KPIs, CAC/LTV, and competitive intelligence.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and lead through organizational change.
  • 5+ years in analytics, sales operations, or business leadership (large-scale organizations preferred).
  • Expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and operational reporting.
  • Strong financial acumen (P&L analysis, performance optimization).
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce and analytical tools.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills; able to influence at all levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
