Responsibilities
- Develop a roadmap to enhance vaccination services and patient experience.
- Manage the discovery and testing of initiatives to improve in-store workflow for immunizations.
- Leverage data and analytics to identify growth opportunities and workflow improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the enterprise to align and deliver solutions.
- Innovate the immunization scheduling experience with digital partners.
- Launch new enhancements and workflow improvements for pharmacy teams.
- Create training materials and job aids for pharmacy teams and field leaders.
- Conduct store visits to validate system enhancements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in new product development (consulting, product management, or development).
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Nice-to-haves
- 2+ years of experience in business case development and testing initiatives.
- Ability to apply a strategic lens to problem-solving and solution building.
- Experience with analytics and dashboard building using Snowflake, SQL, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Advanced skills in spreadsheets and presentation software, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated success in dealing with ambiguity and learning quickly.
