About the position

At Walmart Connect, we are dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our suppliers, merchants, stores, GMs, brand advertisers, and agencies. Our full funnel ad solutions leverage Walmart's in-store and online data, and extensive reach, to provide measurable results for our clientele. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service; these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, engage with Walmart consumers, and convert Walmart consumers to shoppers. As an experienced Program Manager, you will drive and support scaling the launch readiness program for Client Services & Operations for Walmart Connect. Your ability to build and scale processes powered by data along with deep partnership with industry experts in Operations, Sales, Product and Engineering will be critical to set Walmart Connect up for success with our brand advertisers and partners as we rapidly expand our product offerings and capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships with key stakeholders, identifying needs, executing processes, monitoring progress, capitalizing on improvement opportunities, and adapting to organizational changes and new responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with cross functional partners to create and implement comprehensive launch solutions.
  • Support change management across teams.
  • Manages multiple launches by collaborating with stakeholders to efficiently deliver solutions, align requirements, resolve issues, and ensure tasks follow the schedule to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor releases for capacity planning, mitigation, and organizational impacts.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership skills, are self-motivated and a self-starter with a 'can do' attitude.
  • BA/BS degree in Business or related field and 3 years' experience in project management or related field OR 4 years' experience in project management or related field.
  • Managed a diverse range of projects, prioritizing multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
  • Background in Change Management.
  • Led & motivated project teams while handling rapidly shifting business demands.
  • Successfully navigated ambiguity and have carried out a process under minimal guidance.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong presentation skills with ability to lead and steer team meetings. Ability to summarize and report out business results in a succinct manner to senior leaders.

Nice-to-haves

  • Leading cross-functional project teams.
  • Master's degree in business or related area and 1 years' experience in project and program management, operations, marketing, eCommerce, or related area.
