About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Pricing and Revenue Management Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in operations research methods and optimization algorithms. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing pricing and promotions/offers across all global markets, solving complex revenue management challenges, and leading a diverse team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies and promotional offers for global markets.
  • Utilize Python to solve complex revenue management challenges.
  • Apply advanced analytical techniques to pricing problems to generate ROI for global markets.
  • Manage pricing tests in multiple markets simultaneously and conduct primary research projects (e.g., conjoint analysis).
  • Lead and manage a global team of contractors, vendors, and direct reports across various time zones.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team, considering different communication skill levels.
  • Intentionally grow, develop, and inspire team members to enhance the team's capabilities.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements

  • Experience in time series modeling and forecasting with proficiency in Python.
  • Expertise in operations research methods and optimization algorithms.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of machine learning, with practical experience in building deep learning models for revenue growth strategies.
  • Strong background in applying statistics to solve revenue management problems.
  • Continuous learner with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Proven experience in managing complex analytical projects with multiple direct reports and stakeholders.
  • Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Decision Science, or a related field.
