About the position

The Manager of Revenue Growth & Strategy at Lincare Inc. is responsible for coordinating, planning, and executing revenue growth strategies specifically for the CPAP Call Center. This role involves performing revenue growth analytics to identify opportunities and evaluate the results of implemented strategies, while also leading day-to-day actions related to call center metrics to maximize revenue and exceed established targets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and plan Outbound Dialer campaigns using Avaya POM to increase patient penetration.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in all aspects of the AVAYA POM system.
  • Improve call center agent metrics, including efficiency and order conversion rate.
  • Work collaboratively with business leaders to develop a continuous improvement culture.
  • Analyze data to suggest opportunities for improving sales conversion and revenue growth.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines.
  • Manage cost-saving initiatives, executing associated plans and meeting targets.
  • Develop presentations summarized to the appropriate level for stakeholders such as CEO, COO, and RVPs.

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge in Excel and/or Tableau.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning (project management) skills.
  • Strong background in analytical consulting, data science, or related field.
  • Demonstrates strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in revenue growth is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Nice-to-haves

  • 3-5 years prior Revenue Growth Management experience.
  • Prior experience in outbound dialer operation and revenue-driven call center management is preferred.
  • MBA/Master's Degree in analytics is preferred.
