About The Position

Position Summary... What you'll do... What You Will Do: Supply Planning & Inventory Management Drive sales and inventory performance through lifecycle visibility, vendor partnership, and precise execution. Align launch forecasts for new items and ensure inventory flows match modular timing. Collaborate with suppliers on flow and supply plans, manage purchase orders, and proactively prepare for potential supplier disruptions. Execute allocation decisions using inventory systems to manage limited availability. Plan and support seasonal builds and promotional inventory to meet timing and demand needs. Manage inventory for recalls, vendor returns, and end‑of‑life transitions by developing appropriate plans and partnering with suppliers. Root Cause Analysis & Exception Management Lead fast, targeted recovery efforts using data-driven root cause analysis. Identify and resolve out-of-stock issues to maximize in-stock availability. Build, execute, and track detailed recovery plans. Correct replenishment and modular execution errors. Improve inventory health by reducing understock, overstock, and aging inventory. Monitor OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) performance and partner with suppliers to correct late or incomplete shipments. Inventory Product Flow Ensure smooth product movement across the supply chain while meeting performance targets. Manage open-to-buy (OTB) and line reviews to align inventory with financial and business goals. Support product flow for modular changes, resets, and promotional windows. Respond to flow disruptions and channel imbalances with appropriate action. Execute accurate and efficient inventory distributions using system tools. Network Inventory Planning Ensure optimal inventory positioning to meet customer needs at the lowest cost. Partner across Merchandising, Supply Chain, Operations, and Sourcing to align end‑to-end inventory strategy. Drive improvements in inventory health, strategic placement, and long‑term constraint resolution. Strategic Leadership & Team Development Execute business plans by identifying needs, setting performance standards, and measuring progress. Provide supervision, coaching, and development opportunities through hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning responsibilities. Foster a team-based environment that aligns with company policies, procedures, values, and ethical standards. Promote a culture of belonging, recognition, and continuous learning. Operational Excellence & Compliance Coordinate and oversee key activities by building stakeholder relationships, supporting business initiatives, and driving accountability.
