About The Position
The Corporate Functions Governance & Control (CFG&C) team within Enterprise Shared Services (ESS) is seeking a Manager, Regulatory Advisory & Practices. This role will provide strategic compliance adherence governance, regulatory advisory support, and stakeholder engagement to ensure that each Corporate Functions business unit effectively manages and mitigates regulatory risks across all operating jurisdictions. ESS is a critical function that supports the company's operations, including Global Real Estate & Workplace Experience, Global Supply Management, Business Resilience, Corporate Functions Governance & Control, Aviation, Internal Fraud Center of Excellence, and Global Security. CFG&C specifically focuses on risk governance and control management for various business units, enabling robust identification, assessment, management, and reporting of enterprise, operational, and compliance risks.
Requirements
- Experience in regulatory risk management.
- Experience in compliance adherence governance.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to manage and mitigate regulatory risks.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements across various jurisdictions.
