Visa Consulting and Analytics is the externally facing strategy consulting group of Visa. We draw on our expertise in strategy consulting, data analytics, and pragmatic industry experience to improve client performance. Our clients span financial institutions, merchants, fintechs, acquirers, processors, and cooperative enabler organizations. Visa Implementation Services delivers hands on execution of strategic roadmaps and go-to-market initiatives. We are seeking a Manager, Visa Implementation Services focused on the Community Segment and the Enabler ecosystem to include merchant acquirers, card processors, and Credit Union Service Organizations. This role is business development in nature and will drive adoption of Visa products and solutions, oversee end to end implementations, and build enduring relationships across these segments.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Community and Enabler segments, including cooperative models, operational realities, and technology stacks.
  • Support initiatives to uncover client needs, challenges, and growth opportunities.
  • Identify, support and engage decision-making stakeholders across financial institutions, processors, and CUSOs.
  • Present Visa and partner solutions that address client objectives in areas such as card issuance, digital enablement, fraud and risk optimization, and merchant acquiring.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Technology, and Issuer Processing teams to translate client requirements into detailed implementation plans.
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, and delivery milestones to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of Visa solutions.
  • Work with third parties to source the necessary skills and experience for client engagements.
  • Resolve implementation risks and escalate cross-functional blockers to leadership.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication, progress reporting, and post launch support.
  • Speak comfortably to both technical and nontechnical aspects of solutions, tailoring communication to each audience.
  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent MS PowerPoint presentation skills.
  • Proven track record in business development, consultative selling, and managing client engagement lifecycles.
  • Strong project and program management skills demonstrated ability to deliver complex, multi-party implementations flawlessly.
  • Experience mediating between business functions and technology teams in a techno functional capacity.
  • Self motivated, results oriented individual able to manage numerous projects concurrently.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to use formal and informal influencing skills inside and outside the organization.
  • Technology mindset, curious, and up to date with industry trends and applications.
  • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
  • 3 or more years relevant experience working in an industry leading merchant or card processing organization.
  • Payments consultancy experience a plus.
