Responsibilities

  • Manage roadmap, backlog, strategy and execution of features for the Capital One Developer Platform.
  • Collaborate with engineers to enhance developer experience.
  • Identify and resolve complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks.
  • Lead cross functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Information Systems.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
