About The Position

Role summary: The (USA) Manager, Operations leads multiple work streams within the operations organization by designing and executing project plans, managing timelines, and facilitating stakeholder collaboration. About the team: The Last Mile Delivery team drives strategic initiatives to connect stores directly with customers’ homes, focusing on expanding and optimizing delivery programs. As part of the InHome Delivery group, the team emphasizes data-driven decision-making, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration. Team members lead high-impact projects, develop innovative solutions, and execute growth strategies with agility. What you'll do: Manage multiple operational work streams by designing project plans, organizing timelines, and facilitating stakeholder meetings to implement initiatives. Develop and communicate project requirements, status updates, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery and corrective actions. Analyze data to identify root causes, recommend solutions, and support decision-making aligned with business objectives. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes, develop innovations, and enhance operational efficiency. Lead the development and improvement of operational tools and reports, providing subject matter expertise and driving project execution. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to support business goals and customer needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing operations and project plans, including organizing timelines and deliverables to meet business objectives.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and communication to facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and interpret trends to develop actionable recommendations that improve operational efficiency.
  • Expertise in problem solving and developing creative solutions to reduce costs and enhance business processes.
  • Demonstrated accountability and adaptability in managing multiple initiatives and driving results.
  • Proficiency in project management and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Effective collaboration skills to build partnerships and influence outcomes within complex organizational environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field and 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.

  • The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
