About the position

Pereview Software is seeking a highly motivated and experienced SaaS Manager of Client Success to join our team. This role focuses on managing client relationships, ensuring client enablement, adoption, and retention throughout the customer lifecycle. The ideal candidate will leverage their operational skills and SaaS expertise to deliver maximum value from the Pereview platform, driving client satisfaction and success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of clients throughout their entire journey.
  • Improve the process and methodology of proactively supporting live clients.
  • Own client outreach and understand each client's product usage.
  • Partner with clients in adding new features and functionality with each new Pereview release.
  • Answer or facilitate answers to the clients' questions.
  • Drive multi-level adoption throughout each client by expanding the user base.
  • Engage with clients to ensure an efficient and ecstatic experience using our products.
  • Understand clients' specific usage and unique business challenges using the Pereview platform.
  • Deliver value-based outcomes and ensure successful clients by partnering with clients at all levels.
  • Strive for client adoption, expansion, and retention to create evangelists for Pereview.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a client success role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Strong work ethic and highly self-motivated.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and curious with a passion to win.
  • Ability to lead client-facing meetings and presentations with varying levels of attendees including executives.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software ticketing software.
  • Ability to manage and resolve conflicts with clients.
  • Collaborate with adjacent functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
