Capital One's Enterprise Learning & Development team is looking for a Learning Business Partner/Consultant to shape and deliver the learning and development strategy for one or more lines of business. You'll partner with key business and Human Resources (HR) leaders to design and implement learning initiatives for associates and leaders across the company. We're seeking someone who can seamlessly connect business objectives with learning solutions, translating strategic ideas into impactful, learner-centered experiences. Whether your background is in business, program/product management, or learning strategy, your ability to build alignment and drive progress will be critical.
