About the position
The Governance, Risk and Compliance Manager at Kraton Corporation will oversee all aspects of Information Technology Security, compliance, and auditing. This role is crucial in ensuring a secure and auditable IT environment while collaborating with senior management and various business teams to meet business needs effectively.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of Information Technology Security, compliance, and auditing.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure security and compliance needs are met.
- Partner closely with Internal and External Audit teams.
- Design and integrate SAP security governance within the IT and business control environment.
- Lead security design and change activities, providing direction and technical assistance to functional teams.
- Continuously improve and enhance security role change management tools using ticketing systems.
- Plan, communicate, and coordinate all IT audit activities, including key SOX activities.
- Assist business resources in mitigating segregation of duties (SOD) violations by implementing mitigating controls.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience in business processes/systems analysis.
- Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks, risk management methodologies, and compliance standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited college/university.
