About the position

As the Manager, Inside Sales at Alteryx, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through the effective management of our inside sales team. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to optimize sales processes and enhance the overall customer experience. Analyzing sales data and performance metrics will be a significant part of your responsibilities. You will identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, implementing best practices in sales methodologies, tools, and technologies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Your ability to liaise with senior-level executive contacts, both internal and external, will be essential in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth through effective management of the inside sales team.

Requirements

  • 4+ years' business-to-business lead generation and team management experience, focusing on enterprise sales in a land and expand sales model.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce.com.
  • Proven track record in exceeding personal and team-based quotas and goals.
  • Ability to liaise with senior-level executive contacts, both internal and external.
  • Exceptional written and oral presentation skills.
  • BA/BS degree.
  • Strong entrepreneurial drive and work ethic.
