About the position

The Manager I, Customer Care - CarelonRx, (Call Center - Home Delivery) is responsible for delivering exceptional quality and customer service through leadership of service experts who support mail order pharmacy operations.
Responsibilities
- Directs implementation and administration of benefit programs.
- Prepares and communicates information to appropriate parties regarding benefit programs, procedures, changes and government mandated disclosures.
- Audits to monitor efficiency and compliance with policies; prepares specialized reports; may be assigned to special project work consistent with the role and dictated by the needs of the business.
- Managing time and attendance, payroll oversight, hires, trains, coaches and evaluates the performance of direct reports, monitoring goals and problem solves in a variety of ways.
- Prepares and communicates information regarding standard operating procedures and all related process changes.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership role and a minimum of 5 years related customer service experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Nice-to-haves
- Call center management experience highly preferred.
- Healthcare call center experience highly preferred.
- Ability to work weekends consistently (Saturday and Sunday) highly preferred.
