About the position

Responsibilities

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and executive leadership, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with overall company objectives.
• Create written content for various platforms, ensuring all messaging is clear and aligns with our brand voice.
• Develop and maintain a messaging framework for announcements.
• Execute media relations to help create visibility for the company.
• Devise external communication strategies for various campaigns.
• Monitor all communications to guarantee a consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms.
• Track media coverage and industry trends to inform strategic decision-making, analyze media coverage and report on the effectiveness of communication efforts.
• Support social media team by managing regional social media channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, journalism, or a related field.
• 7-9+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related area, preferably in the technology sector.
• Proven experience in media relations and understanding of the media landscape.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Familiarity with media monitoring tools and communication platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools, social media platforms, digital communications tools, and experience with content management systems.
