This role is responsible for leading the entire event strategy efforts for lead generation and customer engagement. The Manager, Field Marketing will plan and execute a range of field marketing initiatives, including live events, tradeshows, executive events, customer conferences, and experiential marketing campaigns. This position requires close collaboration with sales, product, and marketing teams to align event strategies with business goals and sales objectives. The role also involves managing event budgets, analyzing campaign effectiveness, building vendor relationships, and managing a team of event and field marketing professionals. A key responsibility is to create and own a standardized event playbook and generate leads at events through presentations and demonstrations.
