Responsible for delivering timely, relevant, and actionable communications that empower frontline technical teams with the information they need to service the network and support our customers. It is a critical role in how we operationalize new network and consumer technologies – translating business priorities into clear, field-ready guidance that enables technicians and supervisors to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience. The role partners with senior leaders to shape communication strategies that drive understanding, alignment, and adoption of key initiatives that support the company’s customer experience transformation and growth strategy. It ensures frontline teams receive the right information at the right time through effective channels, such as huddles and structured updates, while maintaining coordinated communication planning and continuously improving how operational information is delivered and acted on through data and field feedback.
