Responsibilities
- Create daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans and forecasting for owned websites.
- Lead report creation and drive weekly business meetings.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing and eCommerce teams to establish a foundation and execute on promotional planning.
- Identify opportunities to drive business, maximize profit, and assure category sales and lifecycle management goals are achieved.
- Assure store and website inventories are managed through proper analysis to maximize sales results.
- Verify adequate stock levels for key items and facilitate merchandise projects to balance stock.
- Partner with Merchant and cross functional areas to ensure execution of product vision.
- Act as the leader across peer group to implement best practices for the business.
Requirements
- College degree preferred
- 5+ years' experience in planning, buying or allocation
- Prior supervision of staff preferred
- Previous allocation or analyst experience
- Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerBI expertise preferred
