About the position

Our team creates reusable technologies to help with customer acquisition, onboarding, and empowering merchants, while ensuring a seamless experience for both of these stakeholders. We also optimize tariffs and assortment in accordance with Walmart's Everyday Low Cost philosophy. We not only create affordability, but we also deliver customized experiences for customers across all channels - in-store, mobile app, and websites.

Responsibilities

  • Enable Marketplace item setup specifications, from a global spec alignment standpoint, in collaboration with the various markets
  • Engage with project teams on Strategic Initiative spec creation and management
  • Perform item data analysis to drive improved attribute coverage and quality
  • Write requirements and author one-pagers for EII project prioritization as needed
  • Utilize the Governance process to align attributes and technology across domains and markets
  • Provide feedback on system functionalities and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Provide feedback on spec data models and attribution to surface continuous improvement opportunities

Requirements

  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong performance in Project/Product Management, managing multiple project tasks, while successfully managing timelines and deliverables for each
  • Demonstrated application of skills in data analytics to support work priorities and measure success of projects

Nice-to-haves

  • Data engineering, database engineering, business intelligence, or business analytics experience
  • Experience with ETL tools and working with large data sets in the cloud
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field and 3 years' experience in software engineering
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences
  • Knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices
