About The Position

As a key strategic business partner and consumer insights manager for Oscar Mayer, Meats business, you will have the opportunity to directly impact growth. In this role, you will be responsible for helping develop and execute the strategy on Oscar Mayer by influencing key decisions across the base arm of the business, from consumer targeting and brand strategy/positioning to renovation and near-in innovation decisions (i.e., LTOs), to communication evaluation (and more).

Requirements

  • 5+ Years of experience in insights (on either the vendor side or client side – client side experience preferred).
  • Proficient in various market research techniques, including both qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Experience working with both primary and secondary data sources.

  • Influence at all levels of organization (above & below) and work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
  • Influence "so-what’s" by making actionable recommendations routed in deep understanding of marketing, business and consumer.
  • Be versatile with agility! Think and act like a start-up and build out a function against a blank slate without buying pre-packaged solutions or methodologies.
