The role also includes maintaining customer service initiatives, customer attainment, and retention activities, articulating the potential impacts of company actions on the business and community, and displaying respect and ethical behavior. Additionally, the manager will establish and maintain cooperative relationships with community, marketing, and public interest groups, and oversee clinic activities for area companies, ensuring compliance with Sanford's philosophy, policies, procedures, and goals.
