About the position

The Manager of Agile and PLM Applications is responsible for providing application support to users across global manufacturing and distribution locations. This role involves leading the application support team, managing enhancement requests, and ensuring effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams. The manager will oversee the implementation of new projects, support key processes related to product data management, and drive process improvements within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide application support to users at global manufacturing and warehouse locations.
  • Lead and manage the application support team, collaborating with Oracle Support and external service providers.
  • Manage the application support and enhancement requests queue in ServiceNow for Agile applications.
  • Conduct meetings with business stakeholders to prioritize requests and drive issue resolution.
  • Manage and support the Change Control process for application issues.
  • Implement new projects from initiation to implementation, including gathering requirements and writing functional design documents.
  • Communicate requirements to technical team members and write test scripts for implementation.
  • Train end users and IT support staff on new applications and enhancements.
  • Support key processes including Inventory, Quality systems, and Trade compliance.
  • Guide internal and external teams in developing reports, customizations, interfaces, and extensions for Agile applications.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical resources, including ICU IT Infrastructure/Operations team members.
  • Provide management reports on project statuses and KPIs related to tickets and enhancements.
  • Drive test planning and execution.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Agile PLM systems and understanding of PDH and EBS integration with Agile systems.
  • Experience in managing application support teams and processes.
  • Proficiency in using ServiceNow for managing support requests.
  • Ability to gather requirements and write functional design documents.
  • Experience in training end users and IT support staff.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite and Agile PLM applications.
  • Knowledge of product data management and supply chain processes.
  • Familiarity with change control processes and project management methodologies.
