About The Position

This role is focused on growing Neo's affiliate and influencer marketing channel, aiming to make it the largest source of new customers. The position reports to the Director of Affiliates & Influencers and is part of the Growth team, collaborating with creative services, marketing analytics, product marketers, and lifecycle teams. The channel is already successful across various products and has strong support, budget, and tools. Neo is a rapidly scaling fintech company founded in 2019, recognized for its growth and innovation. Requirements

  • 5+ years in affiliate and/or influencer marketing
  • Hands-on experience managing affiliate partnerships (credit marketplaces, content publishers, or comparison sites strongly preferred)
  • Proven track record running influencer campaigns from outreach through performance analysis
  • Strong organizational skills — ability to manage 100+ partner relationships simultaneously
  • Data-driven decision maker comfortable with analytics tools and reporting
  • Excellent written communication skills for compelling partner-facing content and campaign briefs
  • Equally effective as an individual contributor and a collaborative team player
  • B2C experience
  • Canadian market experience preferred
  • Based in Canada, willing to work on-site in Toronto or Calgary

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and optimize performance across 80+ affiliate partners (direct, Impact, Fintel networks).
  • Ensure product listings are competitive, accurate, and current.
  • Identify trends, troubleshoot performance drops, and prioritize optimizations to improve CAC and quality ratios.
  • Discover, evaluate, and onboard new affiliate partners, managing the full lifecycle from outreach to initial optimization.
  • Execute daily influencer outreach, managing personalized follow-up, negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Run influencer campaigns end-to-end, from brief through content review, compliance, launch, and performance analysis.
  • Coordinate with agency partners on influencer briefing and content cycles.
  • Execute cross-partner campaigns including sponsored emails, banners, SMS, and table placements.
  • Support product launches across all partners, including briefing, content creation, approval, and launch coordination.
  • Own landing page accuracy, including UTM configuration and CTA integrity.
  • Track CAC, conversion rates, and partner-level performance.
  • Provide weekly insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct competitive research and listing audits.
