About the position

The Manager 3, Places Global Design and Construction Leader at Intuit is responsible for overseeing all aspects of global design and construction projects. Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of global design and construction projects.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive global construction and design strategy.
• Manage project planning, design, and construction to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align construction and design initiatives with business objectives.
• Lead and implement operational excellence initiatives to improve project delivery.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, contractors, and suppliers.
• Provide regular updates to executive leadership on project progress and risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the design and construction industry, preferably in tech.
• Strong leadership qualities with experience in team development.
• Proven track record of leading design and construction projects internationally.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Excellent project management skills including budget and schedule management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
