About the position

The Management Internship at Menards is a paid, part-time training program aimed at developing future retail management professionals. Interns will work closely with the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members over a 12-week period to gain hands-on experience and enhance their skills in retail management.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-week hands-on training program to learn about retail management.
• Work alongside General Management team and Department Managers to understand business operations.
• Develop organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Gain practical management experience in a retail environment.

Requirements

• Must be available for part-time work.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in retail management.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
