Management Information Systems (MIS) Specialist

KBR's National Security Solutions team provides high-end engineering and advanced technology solutions to our customers in the intelligence and national security communities. In this position, your work will have a profound impact on the country's most critical role - protecting our national security. KBR is seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented Management Information Systems (MIS) Specialist to join our team supporting a government client with locations in Washington Metropolitan Area.

Responsibilities

• Assist the customer in the development and maintenance of information systems to support strategic decision making and optimize business operations.
• Assist in managing and optimizing the information systems.
• Assist in data analytics to support decision making.
• Manage the information systems.
• Provide technical support to the MIS users.

Requirements

• Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI with willingness to sit for a poly upon request.
• Minimum of five years of experience in information science.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Bachelor's degree in information science, computer science or a related field.
• Experience in cloud technologies.
• Experience in multiple programming languages (Python, Java, C#).
• Extensive experience in database design and management.
• Experience in SharePoint and SharePoint development.
• Data analysis and data analytic skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
