About the position

These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As an Oracle consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Oracle applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Oracle applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member's unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. Responsibilities

  • Analyse and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system.
  • Take ownership of projects, ensuring their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
  • Partner with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Develop skills outside your comfort zone, and encourage others to do the same.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 8 years of experience.
  • Preferred fields of study include Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Commerce, Information Technology, Management Information Systems.
  • Oracle Cloud Certification - Any certification in Oracle Cloud Modules under Financials, Supply Chain, Enterprise Performance Management or Human Capital Management.

  • Demonstrates an extensive level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as a team leader.
  • Managing engagements, including preparing concise, accurate documents and maintaining project economics.
  • Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation.
