Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings
• Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for enhancement
• Develop and implement leading practices for service delivery
• Mentor team members to build proficiency in AI/ML technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10 years of experience
