About the position
As a Maintenance Worker at Hearthstone, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair duties within the community. This includes repairing property and equipment, painting, grounds upkeep, and completing work orders. The role also involves preventative maintenance and may require driving company vehicles for transportation and deliveries. You will have opportunities to learn skilled areas such as plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repair duties within the community.
- Repair property and equipment as needed.
- Conduct painting and grounds upkeep.
- Complete work orders in a timely manner.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks.
- Drive company vehicles for transportation, errands, and deliveries.
Requirements
- 2+ years of painting experience required.
- 2+ years of previous building maintenance experience required.
- Preferred experience in HVAC.
