Responsibilities
- Maintaining the interior and exterior of community buildings and grounds.
- Performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cord equipment.
- Performing general maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned.
- Responding to maintenance requests by community directors and residents in both private rooms and public living areas.
- Maintaining positive communication with local fire marshal, building inspector, and any other jurisdictions governing the community.
Requirements
- Experience as a maintenance technician.
- Ability to work with hands and tools.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to maintenance.
