Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, and appliance repairs.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and ensure properties are in great condition.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and address maintenance requests promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to complete maintenance projects efficiently.
- Be on-call for multiple properties as needed.
Requirements
- Customer service skills
- Valid Driver's License
- Entry-level experience in maintenance
- EPA Certification (preferred)
- Basic tools for maintenance work
- Minimum 1-year multifamily maintenance experience
