Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC repairs, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, and more.
• Prepare units for new residents efficiently and to a high standard.
• Respond to work orders promptly, ensuring resident satisfaction.
• Be ready to address urgent issues while on call.

Requirements

• 1+ years in residential maintenance, including apartment turnovers.
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, groundskeeping, and pool care.
• HVAC experience preferred; certification is a plus.
• A friendly, professional, and proactive attitude.
• Basic computer or smartphone skills.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance. Must pass a drug and background check.
