About the position
This position is for a maintenance worker who will be responsible for various maintenance tasks. The job requires a general understanding of maintenance work and the ability to physically handle the job, which includes climbing ladders, working in tight spaces, and lifting heavy objects. The position is full-time, with working hours from 6am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday. The job is located onsite at 1228 Liberty Pike, Franklin, TN 37067. Candidates must have HVAC certification and experience in general plumbing and electrical work.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance work including climbing ladders, working in tight spaces, and lifting heavy objects.
- Utilize HVAC certification and general plumbing and electrical experience in daily tasks.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- General understanding of maintenance work.
- Ability to physically handle the job requirements.
