About The Position
The Delmar Gardens Family is seeking Full-Time Maintenance Technicians for our beautiful skilled nursing and rehabilitation communities. The successful candidate will assure our facility is maintained in clean, safe and comfortable manner. This individual will assist the Director of Environmental Services with various fire and building inspections, and preventative maintenance duties. Painting, drywall repair, light electrical and plumbing systems experience a must. Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations.
- Painting experience.
- Drywall repair experience.
- Light electrical systems experience.
- Light plumbing systems experience.
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of experience
Responsibilities
