About The Position

The Crossings is a leader in retirement living, offering independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation. MRC's Crossings Community is Bay Area's only 5-Star non-profit retirement community! The Crossings is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician to perform duties involving operations, security and maintenance of the building, equipment, and grounds.

Requirements

Ability to project a friendly, courteous and helpful manner to residents, families, visitors and co-workers.
Two years experience in most phases of building maintenance and experience in all trade areas such as: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, heating/air conditioning.
Must have an in-depth and knowledge of at least one of these trades.
Must be willing to take calls, work overtime/weekends/different shifts and report to work timely as to limit service disruption to residents.

Nice To Haves

Prefer HVAC certification.
