Requirements

Knowledge of boilers, compressors, and air conditioning, as well as various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
Patience, tact and a cheerful disposition, as well as the ability to deal with residents based on the maturity level on which they are functioning.
Able to move intermittently throughout the work day.

Nice To Haves

Two (2) years experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintain on equipment such as pumps, engines, motors, air conditioning system, refrigeration system and so forth by repairing or replacing defective parts.
Adjust, with electrical meters and other test equipment, functional parts of motors and control instruments.
Clean and lubricate parts.
Test equipment performance and record reading of tested equipment.
Install limited plumbing, masonry, carpentry, painting, electrical devices, refrigeration, air conditioning and other equipment.
Work on rotation basis with other maintenance personnel for after hours and weekend emergencies.
