About The Position

Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team at Lenox at Bloomingdale, a 240-unit luxury residential community in Riverview, FL. We are looking for a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude who prioritizes exceptional customer service and creating secure, welcoming environments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; industry-related courses preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years of maintenance and general repair experience, or Groundskeeper experience
• Proficiency in maintenance tasks including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.
• Must own basic tools as allowed by state laws
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws, including Fair Housing Laws
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license strongly preferred
• Valid Driver's License required
• Proficient in English for communication and record-keeping purposes

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy within established deadlines
• Manage service requests and ensure timely completion
• Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and The Clean Air Act
• Oversee inventory and care of tools and equipment
• Complete required tasks such as training, logs, and reports in a timely manner
• Uphold company policies and provide exceptional customer service
• Seek educational opportunities for personal growth and development
• Assist in the property's preventative maintenance plan
• Collaborate on maintaining curb appeal and cleanliness of buildings and grounds
• Perform on-call duties and occasional overtime
