Requirements

• 5+ years of verifiable residential repair experience
• Strong communication skills with clients and team members
• Ability to independently assess and complete work without supervision
• Professional, organized, and dependable
• Comfortable using mobile apps and job management software
• Experience In: Drywall repair and finishing
• Painting
• Carpentry and trim work
• Door and window repairs
• Light plumbing
• Light electrical

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality workmanship that meets company standards
• Communicate clearly with homeowners throughout the job
• Identify additional client needs and recommend solutions when appropriate
• Follow company procedures, checklists, and quality standards
• Complete client walkthroughs upon job completion
• Document work with before, during, and after photos
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle
• Collect payments and maintain accurate job records
