Responsibilities
- Maintain the interior and exterior of community buildings and grounds.
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cord equipment.
- Respond to maintenance requests by community directors and residents in both private rooms and public living areas.
- Maintain positive communication with local fire marshal, building inspector, and any other jurisdictions governing the community.
- Perform general maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned.
Requirements
- Experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler systems, and general maintenance practices.
- Ability to work with tools and perform hands-on maintenance tasks.
- Strong communication skills to interact with residents and community directors.
