About the position
The Maintenance Technician at The Retreat Apartments in Phoenix, AZ, is responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of the apartment community. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service while performing various maintenance tasks, including repairs and cleaning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance trades and a commitment to enhancing the living experience for residents.
Responsibilities
- Clean grounds, offices, and common areas
- Complete maintenance service requests
- Perform appliance repairs
- Conduct painting and apartment turnovers
- Take emergency calls and respond to maintenance issues
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance on a 200-unit property
- Experience in all trades including plumbing, electrical, and A/C
- Strong customer service attitude
- Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment
- Reliable transportation
- Availability to work on-call rotation
