The Maintenance Technician position at Syringa Property Management involves performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning and appearance of properties. Responsibilities
- Process and complete maintenance work orders timely
- Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance, including snow removal
- Conduct maintenance turnover on all vacant units for rent readiness
- Maintain exterior lighting and security systems
- Monitor fire alarm systems
- Be on call for emergencies after business hours when needed
- Ensure property cleanliness
- Assist Community Site Manager with inspections
Requirements
- Solid experience in minor plumbing and electrical repairs
- Experience in appliance troubleshooting
- Ability to perform interior and exterior painting
- Experience in drywall repair
- Some janitorial work experience
